All-Pro Builders & Restorations LLC, established in 2008, is a Charlotte, NC-based commercial general contractor and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR). We provide general contracting services for both the public and private sector throughout the Carolinas, dual-licensed in Building and Highway.

Corporate Interiors & Commercial Renovation : Corporate interiors, tenant improvements, and occupied facility renovations delivered through CMAR, including night work in active environments.
Construction Management at Risk : CMAR delivery for institutional and civic owners, with active school and county programs in the Charlotte region.
General Contracting: Prime contract delivery for public and private owners, from preconstruction and estimating through closeout.
General Trades Packages : Field crews, continuous cleanup, gate guards, temporary facilities, and equipment support, delivered as one coordinated package.
Division 10 & Site Services: Toilet partitions, lockers, signage, ADA compliant accessories, and temporary fencing for active construction zones.
On-Site Supervision & Punch Coordination: Dedicated superintendents and project managers embedded on your job: daily site supervision, punch list coordination, closeout, and the general requirements that keep a project moving.

Federal Inspection Services & Concourse D Renovation (Completed, CMAR). Messer/All-Pro (CMAR). Night time renovation of Concourse D and the lower level Federal Inspection Services at Charlotte Douglas International Airport: gate realignment of four passenger boarding bridges, extensive baggage handling work, upgrades to the main HVAC system, and installation of a second primary electrical service.
Beverly Woods Elementary School (In Progress, CMAR). Edifice/All-Pro (CMAR). New 45 classroom replacement school for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, delivered under the Edifice CMAR program.
Umbrella Center (In Progress, CMAR). Edifice/All-Pro (CMAR). Renovation of the Albemarle Center into Mecklenburg County's family justice center, delivered under the Edifice CMAR program.
North Mecklenburg High School (In Progress, Trade Partner). New Atlantic Contracting. General Trades package for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools.
Spectrum Center Employee Lockers (2026, Trade Partner). Turner Construction. Employee locker rooms renovation.
LoSo Village Apartments (2024, Trade Partner). Samet Corporation. Multifamily construction support in Charlotte's Lower South End.
CPCC Harris Campus (2023, Prime). APB (Prime). General trades and interior work, self performed as prime contractor.
