Philip James Goines
Project Superintendent
Philip Goines joined All-Pro Builders & Restorations, LLC in 2008 as a skilled carpenter. His acute knowledge of the construction industry, soon had him elevated to superintendent. Philip began his construction career in 1991. Starting as a carpenter assistant, his experience included work in office, retail, restaurant, education, and industrial construction projects. Philip is an excellent communicator and accommodating problem solver with great organization skills. His responsibilities include coordination of subcontractors, skilled trade workers, laborers, and suppliers.

Jenarra Lee Frontis ("Ricky")
Project Superintendent
Jenarra "Ricky" Frontis joined All-Pro Builders & Restorations, LLC in 2008 as a skilled carpenter. His ability to lead and track projects along with knowledge of the construction industry, allowed him to be elevated to superintendent. Ricky began his construction career with Duke Electric. Starting as a journeyman, he advanced to certified electrician, overseeing electrical implementations. His knowledge has advanced to sporting venues, restaurants, education, and industrial construction projects. Ricky is an excellent communicator and accommodating problem solver with great organization skills. His responsibilities include coordination of subcontractors, skilled trade workers, laborers, and suppliers.
